    Acupuncture

Targeted acupuncture to support pain relief, circulation, and overall balance.

Acupuncture is a medical therapy that uses very thin needles placed at specific points on the body to support pain relief, reduce stress, and improve overall function. Treatments work with the nervous system and circulation to help the body regulate itself more effectively. Most people find acupuncture sessions quiet, relaxing, and grounding, even if they are new to the experience.

    Fire Cupping Therapy

Gentle suction to release tight areas and improve circulation.

Fire cupping uses glass cups and light suction to promote circulation and relieve muscle tightness. It is commonly used for back pain, shoulder tension, and areas that feel tight or restricted. Many people notice a sense of looseness and improved movement after a cupping session.

    Chinese Medical Bodywork (TuiNa)

Hands-on care to ease tension and restore comfortable movement.

Chinese Medical Bodywork, also called TuiNa, is a hands-on therapy from Traditional Chinese Medicine that uses focused pressure and gentle techniques along the body. It helps release muscle tension, improve circulation, and ease areas of discomfort.

    Acumagnetic Therapy (Needle-Free Option)

Soft, non-invasive point therapy using therapeutic magnets.

Acumagnetic therapy uses therapeutic magnets placed on acupuncture points instead of needles. This option is often chosen by those who are sensitive, prefer a gentler approach, or are uncomfortable with needles. It provides steady stimulation that can support pain relief and relaxation without breaking the skin.
